There’s a critical need for PR professionals, whose expertise is building relationships, to step up as champions of trust, transparency and (re)connection—for their clients, their teams and their community. Don Tanner is a founding partner of Tanner Friedman, an award-winning, strategic communications firm specializing in traditional and emerging media relations, marketing and adversity management. He offers more than 35 years of strategic communications counsel and experience in virtually all industry sectors, including automotive, professional services, technology, nonprofits, health care and real estate.

A former major market print and broadcast journalist, Tanner's background includes on-air, programming, production and public affairs posts. He is also a frequent lecturer on journalism, media and public relations. His perspectives on branding, marketing and pop culture have appeared in local and national media outlets from coast to coast.

Owner and President, Rick Chambers & Associates

Rick Chambers, APR, has more than 38 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations and journalism. He is owner and president of Rick Chambers & Associates, LLC, founded in 2012.

Rick began his career as a newspaper reporter, winning awards for investigative journalism and news reporting. He entered the public relations field in 1987, working in the pharmaceutical industry, where he gained broad experience in both internal and external communications, holding key leadership roles ranging from local community relations to global media relations.
